Order Processing

All orders are produced, processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In periods of high demand, production times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, customers will be notified by email.


Shipping Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

1–2 business days depending on the destination and courier schedule.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • courier delays

  • weather conditions

  • peak shopping periods

  • customs processing for international shipments


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before completing the order.

The final shipping price depends on:

  • delivery location

  • package size and weight

  • courier rates


Courier Service

Orders are delivered by professional courier companies operating in the European Union.

For Bulgaria, deliveries are typically handled by Speedy AD.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–48 hours.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges for resending the order.


Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • incorrect address

  • customer absence

  • refusal to accept the package

the courier may return the shipment to us.

In such cases, reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.

For orders with Cash on Delivery, repeated refusal of shipments may result in restriction of future orders.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.

We will open an investigation with the courier company.

Lost shipments are handled according to the courier’s investigation procedures.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with visible damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

If hidden damage is discovered after delivery, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.


International Shipping

For deliveries outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • local fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by DV Marketing LTD.
