DV Marketing EOOD operates the online store AredeHome.com, which offers wall art, canvas prints, wall decorations, posters, wallpapers and frames.
By placing an order through the website, the customer enters into a contractual relationship with DV Marketing EOOD.
These Terms and Conditions govern all relationships between DV Marketing EOOD and its customers.
If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order (name, address, contact details). The customer is responsible for any damages resulting from incorrect information.
User Registration
Registration in the system is free and may occur during the purchase process.
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
The user must select a username and password and is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
DV Marketing EOOD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if incorrect information or misuse is detected.
Users may update their personal information at any time through their account dashboard.
Contract Conclusion
The products displayed on AredeHome.com do not constitute a legally binding offer but represent an invitation for the customer to submit a purchase order.
By placing an order, the customer submits an offer to purchase the selected product.
The contract is considered concluded when the product is dispatched to the courier or shipping carrier.
Products displayed on the website represent models and examples.
Customers receive reproductions, prints or customized versions of the displayed designs depending on the selected configuration.
Many products are made-to-order or produced after payment confirmation.
Prices for the US market are displayed in US dollars. Shipping and any taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout before payment. Applicable import charges are paid separately by the customer.
DV Marketing EOOD reserves the right to update prices, product descriptions and availability at any time.
Payment
US orders are paid online by credit or debit card, or another available payment method displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available for the United States.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Production and preparation take 2–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery to the United States takes 1–3 business days. These are estimates; courier, weather or customs delays can affect delivery.
Expedited shipping costs US$5.99 per order, regardless of the number of products. This charge is shown at checkout before payment. The customer pays any applicable import duties, import taxes and customs or local fees separately; these are not included in the shipping price.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and any payment made will be refunded.

Transport Damage
If a package arrives with visible damage, the customer should refuse acceptance and immediately notify us.
If hidden damage is discovered after delivery, the customer must contact us as soon as possible.
Limitation of Liability
Due to the nature of internet communication, DV Marketing EOOD cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
DV Marketing EOOD is not responsible for technical issues, temporary service interruptions or errors that do not affect the completion of orders.
The website may contain links to external websites. DV Marketing EOOD has no control over the content of third-party websites and assumes no responsibility for them.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Standard canvas prints and PVC wall art have a 100-day return period from delivery, subject to the 100-Day Return Guarantee below. The following 30-day return period applies to other eligible, non-personalized products. These commercial return periods do not limit statutory consumer rights.
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day the customer receives the product.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Warranty
All products are covered by the statutory warranty for conformity of goods under applicable consumer protection laws.
The standard warranty period is two years, unless otherwise specified.
Minor differences in color, texture or appearance may occur due to printing processes, materials or screen settings and do not constitute defects.
Lifetime Warranty (Selected Products)
The lifetime warranty applies only to canvas prints and PVC board wall art.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under the following conditions:
Indoor Use Only
Products are intended for indoor use only. Outdoor installation voids the warranty.
Suitable Environment
Products must be stored in environments with:

Temperature between 20°C and 35°C

Humidity below 60%
Exposure to high humidity environments such as bathrooms, saunas, kitchens or basements may damage the product and void the warranty.
Proper Installation
Products must be installed using appropriate mounting hardware on a stable surface.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Products should only be cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth.
The use of chemicals, abrasive materials or liquids may damage the product and void the warranty.
Mechanical Damage
The warranty does not cover:

accidental drops
Unauthorized Modifications
Any modification or repair performed without authorization voids the warranty.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
100-Day Return Guarantee
Selected products such as canvas prints and PVC wall art may be returned within 100 days, provided that:

the product is in original condition

the original packaging is preserved

proof of purchase is provided
The 100-day return policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned product is received.
Retention of Ownership
All delivered goods remain the property of DV Marketing EOOD until full payment has been received.
Order Refusal
DV Marketing EOOD reserves the right to refuse orders from customers who have previously demonstrated abusive behavior or repeated delivery issues.
Products that have already been installed on a wall cannot be returned or claimed as defective unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Copyright
All products and designs sold by DV Marketing EOOD are protected by international copyright law.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the designs without written permission.
Ownership of a product does not grant copyright or reproduction rights.

Final Provisions
